Chris-Beth Cowie is the Founder of Empowered 4X Inc. She is a Leading Social Impactor, Mentor, Speaker, Entrepreneurship Instructor-Business Advisor, and adynamic and energetic woman. Her mantra “Make a Difference”, is the inspiration behind her on-going work in various social and entrepreneurial initiatives. She is described as a social entrepreneur, transformational speaker, community builder, and humanitarian, whose purpose is to make a positive impact in the world. Chris beth is also the CEO/Founder and hosts of the show BizGrams, a live show where entrepreneurs and small businesses have a chance to talk about their work, experiences, journey, community involvement, etc.
Dr. George C. Fraser is Chairman and CEO of FraserNet, Inc., a company he founded over 30 years ago, to lead a global networking and economic development movement for people of African descent. Born in Brooklyn, NY in 1945, he was an orphan and foster child for 15 years. Entrepreneur, author, and motivational speaker George Fraser is one of eight children born to Ida Mae Baldwin and Walter Frederick Fraser, he graduated from the Thomas Edison Vocational High School, attended New York University and received his executive training at Dartmouth College’s Amos and Tuck School of Business. Dr. Fraser spent seventeen years in management with Proctor & Gamble, the United Way and the Ford Motor Company.
Peter Trevor Wilson is the creator of Human Equity™ and founder and President of TWI Inc., a leading firm in the field of diversity, inclusion and human equity. Over the past three decades, Trevor and his team have helped guide some of the most progressive global employers, including Coca-Cola, EY, Shell, Home Depot, BNP Paribas and Vectren, along the firm’s industry standard measurement tool—the Equity Continuum. Part entrepreneur, part-visionary, Trevor is regularly invited to participate in think-tanks and conferences, speaking to over 10,000 people each year, and is often profiled in the media. He is the author of two groundbreaking books. Diversity at Work: The Business Case for Equity continues to be a resource for diversity leaders 17 years since its publication.

Sherley Joseph is a multifaceted individual, born and raised in Montreal, who has made her mark as an accomplished podcast and radio host, producer, entrepreneur, social media manager and digital community builder. With an unwavering passion for storytelling, she has carved a unique path in the world of new media. As the Co founder of The Chonilla Network, an independent podcast collective and production company, Sherley has played a pivotal role in amplifying diverse voices and narratives. She has also made her mark as the founder and creator of Black Canadian Content Creators, a trailblazing community-based in Toronto that showcases and celebrates the talents and achievements of Black Canadian creators.
In addition to her work in podcasting, Sherley is the driving co-force behind the People of Canada images stock website, pocimages.ca, which showcases authentic and inclusive visual representations of Canada’s diverse population.
Sherley has been guided by a powerful belief: the importance of recognizing and
appreciating throughout the beauty of our differences. She actively challenges the notion of colorblindness, advocating for a society that embraces diversity and fosters true inclusivity. Through her various endeavours, she strives to reshape
the narrative and promote a world where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.

#BCANCC or #BlackCanadianCC is a community of digital and traditional creatives who identify as Black, African, Caribbean, or Mixed content creators who reside in Canada or expats who create
abroad. And the following year the podcast spotlight.
2020 – On Jan. 2020 the ChoNilla Podcast relaunched and launched The ChoNilla Network podcast collective and on Sept.2020 launched the production side of the network, producing podcasts for influencers, entrepreneurs and digital organizations, offering professional podcast recording, editing, and training.
2020 – Co-launch POCimages.ca with People of Canada Images with Mob Press founder Johann Britton.

His newest work, The Human Equity Advantage, Beyond Diversity to Talent Optimization recognizes the growing sense of ‘diversity fatigue’ amongst organizations and puts forth a bold new management model, human equity, that promotes talent differentiation from a positive psychology perspective which helps to significantly improve employee engagement.
In 1994 he wrote his first book, a bestseller named Success Runs in Our Race: The Complete Guide to Effective Networking in the African Community. His second book, Race for Success: The Ten Best Business Opportunities for Blacks in America, was selected as one of the ten best business books of 1999 by Booklist magazine. He is also the creator and publisher of the award winning SuccessGuide: The Networking Guide to Black Resources. Twenty versions of SuccessGuide have been published and a worldwide edition was released in August 2000.
